Sign In To Your New Email

Your @zamorametals.com address is your login. First sign-in takes about two minutes.

From now on you sign in with name@zamorametals.com — everywhere. It's the same account and the same inbox. Anything sent to the old @aamrecyclingsolutions.com address still lands in it too, so nothing is lost.

Maggie set one up for you and may have already sent it — by text, or to your personal email address.

Step 1 — First sign-in

Sign in on the web first

Do this once, on any phone or computer. After this, adding it to your devices is easy.

  1. Go to mail.google.com. (If another Google account is already open there, tap the profile circle → Add another account.)
  2. Type your address — name@zamorametals.com — and tap Next.
  3. Type the temporary password Maggie gave you and tap Next.
  4. Google will ask you to create your own password. Pick one you'll remember — this is your password from now on.
  5. If a welcome screen appears, tap "I understand" (or Accept). Google may also offer to add a recovery phone number — you can add it now or skip it.
  6. You're in. Your @zamorametals.com inbox is ready to use.
Already been using this email? If you signed in before with the old @aamrecyclingsolutions.com address, only the address changed — your password is the same. Just use the new address from here on. If a phone or computer asks you to sign in again, that's normal.
Step 2 — Put it on your devices

Pick your device

Tap the one you're using. Sign in with your @zamorametals.com address and the password you created in Step 1.

iPhone / iPad

Easiest way — the Gmail app
  1. Get the Gmail app from the App Store (skip if you already have it).
  2. Open it, tap your profile circle in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap "Add another account" → Google.
  4. Sign in with name@zamorametals.com and your password.
  5. Done. Your work inbox is right there.
Prefer Apple Mail? Open Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Google and sign in with the same address.

Android

The Gmail app is already on your phone
  1. Open the Gmail app.
  2. Tap your profile circle in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap "Add another account" → Google.
  4. Sign in with name@zamorametals.com and your password.
  5. Done. Your work inbox is right there.

Mac

Add it to Apple Mail — or just use the web
  1. Open the Mail app. In the top menu bar: Mail → Add Account.
  2. Choose Google, then Continue.
  3. Sign in with name@zamorametals.com and your password.
  4. Leave Mail checked → Done.
Don't want to install anything? Just go to mail.google.com in your browser and sign in — everything's there.

Windows PC

Easiest is the web — Outlook works too
  1. Simplest: go to mail.google.com and sign in. Nothing to install.
  2. Prefer Outlook? Open Outlook → File → Add Account.
  3. Type name@zamorametals.com → Connect.
  4. When it asks, sign in with Google and your password → Done.
Step 3 — Sending

Every email now carries the new brand

Everything you send goes out from your @zamorametals.com address — automatically. There is nothing to set.

Optional — update your signature: on the web, Settings ⚙️ → See all settings → General → Signature. Your name, Zamora Metal Recycling Solutions, and your phone number is all it needs.
If something's not working

Quick fixes

It says my password is wrong

Passwords are case-sensitive — check for a capital letter, or a 0 that's really an O. Still stuck? Text Maggie and she'll reset it. It takes her about 30 seconds.

It says "Couldn't find your Google Account"

Check the spelling of the address. It ends in @zamorametals.com. Use the exact address from the list at the top of this page.

I never got a temporary password

Text Maggie. She can send you a new one right away, and then you start at Step 1.

Google asked me to verify it's me

That's normal on a new sign-in. Follow the prompt. If it offers to add a recovery phone number, adding yours is a good idea — it's how you get back in if you ever forget your password.
